Operation Principle

It is mainly composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, thickener and dryer. It can form a complete beneficiation production line with feeder, elevator and conveyor. The mined ore is initially crushed by jaw crusher. After crushing to a reasonable fineness, it is evenly sent to ball mill through elevator and feeder. The ore is crushed and grinded by ball mill. The fine ore grinded by ball mill enters the next process: classification. The spiral classifier uses the principle of different sedimentation speed in liquid due to different specific gravity of solid particles, The ore mixture is cleaned and graded. When the cleaned and graded mineral mixture passes through the magnetic separator, the magnetic material in the mixture is separated by magnetic force and mechanical force due to the different specific magnetic coefficients of various minerals. The mineral particles preliminarily separated by the magnetic separator are sent to the flotation machine, and different drugs are added according to different mineral characteristics, After the mineral is separated, because it contains a lot of water, it must be initially concentrated by a thickener, and then dried by a dryer to get the dry mineral.
